HOTEL OWNER VERY TERRIBLE

I booked this hotel through booking .com for the night of 15 feb was travelling with my family . and i was checking out on 16 feb and owner of the hotel was at reception and told me arrogant way that i should have not booked this hotel online . i should have booked directly with him and could have gotm a better price . nor mally all hotels situated in AJMER are giving 24 hrs of check inn and check out . for e.g. if you check in today at 10 am you have to check out next day at 10 am . but when i requested hotel owner who was sitting at reception yesterday at 12 pm that can have just 1 hour late check out . he replied in a very bad way that why should i book his hotel online . i should have booked directlyn and then only he would have taken our request . this is very stange that he has put his hotel online with different portals , and then saying taht he needs direct bussiness . also when i tried to pay by debit card another shocking story was that i have to pay extra . so be careful dear travellers there are lot of other choices around in the area . choose something else if you can .

Good place to visit

Hotel is good and rooms are clean.. Staff are very co-operative everything is perfect except..... Food is not hygienic plates and teacups are dirty and if you order bread and butter it will have scums on bread and it is also costly instead go to zafran hotel....

Nice clean hotel recently refurbished,friendly staff,the guy at the reception was really helpful sorting tours out for us,beautiful 🌃:)will definitely be back,they also serve some of the best food.highly recommended.

Good stay!!

Hotel is located very near to Dargah and near Dargah bazaar road!! Very good staff, they are helpful and provided good service!! Rooms are good! I had issues initially due to online booking but Mr. shareef sorted it well!! So overall good experience!!

Worst experience

We have booked this hotel in advance but they want to get more money and therefore they showed us excuses and rude behavior and not given room etc. And we have worst experience. We met in the morning and booked room for evening for a night with desk manager Salim and when we go to hotel at evening desk manager was changed and they have very rudely behaved with my oldest parent and wife and my children also.
